Seasonal Operations
While we accept referrals year round, we do avoid accepting mobile hearing testing in December, January and February due to significantly colder conditions and potentially questionable road conditions. We do consider special requests depending on urgency and circumstances.

Oil Rig Sites
At this time, we do not offer testing at oil rig sites. Locations are often remote and present with communication and support challenges for our mobile teams.

Combined Services
Simple Serve has the ability to send out multiple technicians, nurses or medics to a site if multiple services are requested at the same time. It is not uncommon to have audiometric testing combined with mask fits, pulmonary functions, drug and alcohol or other forms of allied testing at the same time. We will send out the appropriate number of staff to ensure that projects flow smoothly and efficiently.
Special Request Services
Response Radius & Seasonal Testing Exceptions
We will work with you to determine if a project or request is viable, if outside our normal response range, delivery model or preferred operational season. We genuinely believe that "Health & Safety Should Not Be costly." We realize that there is a high demand for affordable occupational health services, free from inflationary cost.
